Hello, I'm Mike Mesbur, Director and Founder of Liberate:
My approach to Executive and Leadership Coaching can be summed by the words of Marianne Williamson, "Who are you not to be great? Your playing small does not serve the world."
In short, I believe in the potential of others. I believe in liberating that potential so that great leaders can find it within themselves to be part of great teams. And achieve great results.

Drawing on a lifetime of experience as a mentor of creative people in advertising and design, I know what it means to create a high-performance culture. Added to that are my experience and qualifications in Psychotherapy, Neuroscience and Coaching, and the result in a unique “human-focused” method that will take you to new depths of understanding about yourself, your influence on your team, your company and ultimately your world.
